About Us
The SSJBC Family!
Our Sunday church family numbers between 20-30 people whilst our wider church family is open to people who pop in regularly for various community events.
Our aim is to open the doors and love people and our guiding verse for 2025, Isiah chapter 43, verses 18 & 19
Sundays @ SSJBC
We are open for Sunday services @ 10.45am every Sunday followed by refreshments. Our Communion service is usually the 1st Sunday of each month. Everyone is welcome 🙂
Children & Youth
We are always glad to have children and young people as part of our SSJBC family and we will always aim to provide them age related ways of engaging with God's word.
Chair Exercise Group @ Renew SSJ
Physical health and mobility is important for everyone - so we have invited Jake from JG Fitness to hold his seated exercise & mobility group from 11 - 11.45am (£4.00 per session) every Monday (not Bank Holidays) .
We are open from 10am 1 2 noon so come and enjoy a cuppa either before or and make some new friends 🙂
Tech Support with Pat
Most Monday's at Renew SSJ between 10am - 11am our wonderful volunteer Pat is available to offer help and guidance with any specific issues you have with your laptop, mobile phone or tablet.
Please email techsupport@ssjbc.org.uk to confirm Pat will be there if you have an issue that needs help.

Crafting for All @ Renew SSJ
Come along and get creative!
Most Wednesdays between 10am - 12 noon @ Renew SSJ, one of our amazing crafters will be sharing a craft for everyone to try regardless of age or experience

Knitting & Crochet Group @ Renew SSJ
Come and join this friendly group which takes place on Fridays between 10am - 12 noon where skills are shared, and creativity encouraged.
Everyone welcome - beginners especially welcome 😊
Community Lunch
Our popular 3-course Community Lunch is usually the last Thursday of the month at midday and costs £10 per person.

Community Connector
Do drop in and meet Vanessa - our local Tonic Health Community Connector.
